Seaburn Lighthouse

I have tried to photograph this lighthouse for a number of years without any real joy until now. I'm really pleased with this image and feel that I have finally captured it well.

NIKON D700 1042/5 second F/16.0 ISO 200 45 mm (35mm equiv.)

It's got a lot more imapct at this larger size compared to the Flickr version Andrew but I think my favourite is the newest b&w version you posted there.

@ Ian, Thanks. I probably agree with you regarding the last B&W image. I do find it interesting how the image has evolved and feel that my photography skills are heading in the right direction
